Born in Torino (Italy) on 6 November 1978. He earned a Master Degree in Environmental Engineering in October 2003 and a Ph.D. in Hydraulic Engineering in February 2007.
He is Associate Professor in Hydraulics at Politecnico di Torino since August 2014.

Research interests:

Surface-subsurface water interactions and nutrient removal
Nature-Based Solutions for urban water management
Water supply networks
Green-house gas emissions from rice agroecosystems
